Prioritize, triage, and manage incoming support requests, diagnosing and resolving technical problems in a timely manner. Core Strengths and Skills Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite (2016, 2019, and Microsoft 365), including resolving functionality and connectivity issues; advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Exchange connectivity, and related protocols. Working knowledge of Active Directory, Azure, and domain-based environments. Skilled in supporting mobile devices, including iOS and Android platforms. Ability to diagnose and resolve TCP/IP networking issues, including problems involving printers, scanners, and other networked devices.
