Follow detailed work instructions, manufacturing procedures, and quality standards. Conduct visual inspections to ensure product quality and compliance. Maintain accurate production and quality documentation. Perform packaging, labeling, and final product preparation. Adhere to GMP, FDA, and ISO requirements. Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations. Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards. Qualifications Previous experience in medical device assembly, electronics assembly, manufacturing, cleanroom, or a related production environment preferred. Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. Ability to read and follow written work instructions. Experience using microscopes and hand tools is a plus. Basic computer and documentation skills. Reliable attendance and punctuality. High school diploma or equivalent required.
