What You’ll Do

Provide advanced neonatal care in a well-equipped Level-IIIB NICU setting
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff education
Support family-centered care with programs like NICU Family Support and Angel Eye monitor
Contribute to unit operations, including coverage for well-baby care and multiple births
Engage in professional development and mentorship opportunities, especially for new grads
Assist in implementing and supporting hospital-wide NICU programs and policies

What You Need

Required:

Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in Missouri
Proven ability to work in intensive neonatal settings
Strong communication and team collaboration skills

Preferred:

Experience working in Level III NICUs or similar environments
Passion for education, quality initiatives, and family-centered care
