Ampersand Therapy is hiring a full-time School Social Worker to support students in a K–12 school setting in Greeley, CO.In this role, you’ll provide social-emotional support, assist with family engagement, offer crisis intervention, and collaborate with educators and school teams to help students succeed. This is a great opportunity for both new and experienced clinicians who are passionate about making a meaningful impact, building relationships with students, and supporting their overall well-being and success throughout their educational journey.## **Why Join Us*** Competitive pay (Up to $58/hour) + steady school-year schedule* W-2 employment with liability insurance included* Healthcare benefits\* + 401(k) with company match* Reimbursement for licensure, CEUs, and professional expenses* Mileage reimbursement between sites + referral bonuses## **What You’ll Do*** Provide individual and group counseling to support student mental health and social-emotional development* Support crisis intervention, de-escalation, and safety planning as needed* Participate in IEP, MTSS, and student support team meetings* Conduct assessments related to social-emotional and behavioral needs* Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers* Support attendance, engagement, and wraparound services for students and families* Assist in developing and implementing intervention plans* Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation* Connect families to community resources and supports## **What We’re Looking For*** Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field* Valid Colorado CDE Special Services Provider license with School Social Worker endorsement (or eligibility by start date)* Strong communication, collaboration, and crisis response skills* School-based experience preferred, not required* Passion for supporting students’ mental health and well-being## **About Ampersand Therapy**Ampersand Therapy is a women-, minority-, and therapist-owned company built by providers who understand school-based work.
